How do I wash my clothing?
All fabric is composed of a breathable nylon blend for long lasting, color-safe wear. The seat fabric is removable and machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent.
How Do I Cancel Or Modify My Order?
We want to get your order out as soon as possible, so in order to do this it starts processing right away. If something is incorrect on your order or you need to cancel it, please contact us at rltier.com within 30 minutes of placing the order and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations can be made after this time frame.
How Do I Return An Order?
We offer free returns on strollers and accessories for orders over $100 (no free returns on parts orders) ordered from Bumbleride.com for a period of 30 days from the time of purchase as long as the product is in new condition with all packaging materials included excluding customers in Hawaii and Alaska. The stroller can be opened and used inside a home but cannot be used outside. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning replacement parts.

Most in–stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing the next business day.
